Assam Floods Claim Four Lives, Affect Thousands

The flood situation in Assam has worsened, with the death toll rising to four in the first wave of floods. Over 35,000 people have been affected across several districts. Heavy rainfall has caused rivers to breach their banks, inundating villages and agricultural land. Authorities are working on rescue and relief operations, providing shelter and essential supplies to the displaced population.

असम में बाढ़ से चार की मौत, हजारों प्रभावित

असम में बाढ़ की स्थिति गंभीर हो गई है। बाढ़ की पहली लहर में अब तक चार लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। कई जिलों में 35,000 से ज़्यादा लोग प्रभावित हुए हैं। भारी बारिश की वजह से नदियाँ उफान पर हैं और गाँवों व खेतों में पानी भर गया है। प्रशासन बचाव और राहत कार्यों में जुटा है, और विस्थापित लोगों को आश्रय व ज़रूरी सामान मुहैया कराया जा रहा है।
