Brigade challenges clearance revocation in Madras High Court

Brigade Enterprises has moved the Madras High Court challenging the revocation of environmental clearance for its Pallikaranai project. Justice Mohammed Shaffiq has directed the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority to provide an explanation. The court wants to know how the clearance was unilaterally revoked without prior notice to the realtor.
