Kalyan DCP Assures Traders Police Won't Force Shops to Shut During Post-Sale Work

Kalyan's Deputy Commissioner of Police, Atul Zende, has assured local traders that police personnel will not cause unnecessary inconvenience during the Diwali shopping season. This assurance followed a meeting with a Shiv Sena Traders' Cell delegation who highlighted difficulties faced due to restrictions on shop timings. Traders explained that many residents return late, creating a customer rush after 8:30 PM, and they need extra time for post-sale activities. Zende promised that appropriate instructions would be issued to prevent disruptions to routine business operations.

कल्याण के उप पुलिस आयुक्त, अतुल ज़ेंडे, ने स्थानीय व्यापारियों को आश्वासन दिया है कि दिवाली की खरीदारी के मौसम में पुलिसकर्मी अनावश्यक परेशानी पैदा नहीं करेंगे। यह आश्वासन शिवसेना व्यापारी सेल के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ बैठक के बाद आया, जिन्होंने दुकान के समय पर प्रतिबंधों के कारण आने वाली कठिनाइयों पर प्रकाश डाला था। व्यापारियों ने बताया कि कई निवासी देर से लौटते हैं, जिससे रात 8:30 बजे के बाद ग्राहकों की भीड़ बढ़ जाती है, और उन्हें बिक्री के बाद की गतिविधियों के लिए अतिरिक्त समय की आवश्यकता होती है। ज़ेंडे ने नियमित व्यावसायिक कार्यों में बाधाओं को रोकने के लिए उचित निर्देश जारी करने का वादा किया।
