वीआईपी इंडस्ट्रीज के बोर्ड ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 में 500 करोड़ रुपये तक फंड जुटाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह पैसा एक या कई बार में आएगा। कंपनी इक्विटी शेयर, डेट सिक्योरिटी, कनवर्टिबल सिक्योरिटी, डिपॉजिटरी रिसीट, वारंट, प्रेफरेंस शेयर या अन्य वित्तीय साधनों के ज़रिए फंड जुटाएगी। इससे कंपनी को भविष्य के कामों और विस्तार के लिए ज़रूरी पूंजी मिलेगी।
