Gurugram Municipal Body Issues Notices to Seven Illegal RMC Plants

The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) has issued notices to seven ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants operating without valid licenses. Operators have been given two days to submit necessary documents and clarify their land use status. The civic body has warned of demolition if their responses are unsatisfactory. This action follows a survey that identified these seven plants in addition to 31 previously flagged by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board. Of the earlier flagged plants, 11 have been demolished and 17 voluntarily removed.

नगर निगम गुरुग्राम (MCG) ने सात रेडी-मिक्स कंक्रीट (RMC) प्लांटों को बिना वैध लाइसेंस के संचालित होने पर नोटिस जारी किए हैं। संचालकों को आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा करने और अपनी भूमि उपयोग स्थिति स्पष्ट करने के लिए दो दिन का समय दिया गया है। नागरिक निकाय ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि उनके जवाब संतोषजनक नहीं हुए तो तोड़फोड़ की जाएगी। यह कार्रवाई एक सर्वेक्षण के बाद हुई है जिसमें हरियाणा राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड द्वारा पहले चिह्नित किए गए 31 के अलावा इन सात प्लांटों की पहचान की गई थी। पहले चिह्नित किए गए प्लांटों में से 11 को ध्वस्त कर दिया गया है और 17 को स्वेच्छा से हटा दिया गया है।
