Maruti Car Damaged By E20 Fuel, Court Orders

A consumer court has ordered Maruti Suzuki to replace a Grand Vitara with a new E20-compatible model. The customer reported technical issues after the introduction of E20 petrol. The court ruled that both the manufacturer and dealer were deficient in their service. Maruti Suzuki must either replace the SUV or refund its full value. Additionally, the company must pay compensation for the customer's mental distress.

एक कंज्यूमर कोर्ट ने मारुति सुजुकी को ग्रैंड विटारा को नए E20-कम्पैटिबल मॉडल से बदलने का आदेश दिया है। ग्राहक ने E20 पेट्रोल आने के बाद गाड़ी में तकनीकी दिक्कतें बताई थीं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि कंपनी और डीलर दोनों की सर्विस में कमी थी। मारुति सुजुकी को या तो SUV बदलनी होगी या फिर पूरी कीमत लौटानी होगी। साथ ही, ग्राहक को मानसिक परेशानी के लिए हर्जाना भी देना होगा।
