आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम (APSRTC) प्रबंधन और कर्मचारी यूनियनों के बीच बातचीत विफल हो गई है। यूनियनों ने 1,450 इलेक्ट्रिक बसों के लिए जारी टेंडरों को रद्द करने की मांग की है। JAC सार्वजनिक परिवहन के निजीकरण का विरोध कर रहा है और जोर दे रहा है कि APSRTC के कर्मचारी ही बसों का संचालन करें। प्रबंधन ने कहा कि ये टेंडर सरकारी फैसले के अनुसार जारी किए गए हैं और इन्हें रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता। यूनियनों ने 15,000 रिक्तियों को भरने और 4,000 डीजल बसों की खरीद की भी मांग की है और आंदोलन तेज करने की चेतावनी दी है।
