Laskana police in Surat have busted a counterfeit perfume racket, arresting a 36-year-old trader named Sandeep Beladiya. The accused allegedly sold duplicate Gucci Flora perfumes for ₹500 to ₹1,000, significantly lower than the original price of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000. Police seized fake perfume bottles, stickers, and packaged products valued at ₹45,990. The action was taken following a complaint from Gucci Flora's legal team. A case has been registered under the Copyright Act, and an investigation is underway to identify the source of the counterfeit products.

सूरत में लस्काना पुलिस ने नकली परफ्यूम का धंधा चलाने वाले 36 वर्षीय व्यापारी संदीप बेलड़िया को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी कथित तौर पर असली ₹5,000 से ₹15,000 की कीमत वाले गुच्ची फ्लोरा परफ्यूम को ₹500 से ₹1,000 में बेच रहा था। पुलिस ने ₹45,990 के नकली परफ्यूम की बोतलें, स्टिकर और पैक किए हुए उत्पाद जब्त किए हैं। गुच्ची फ्लोरा की कानूनी टीम की शिकायत के बाद यह कार्रवाई की गई है। कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और नकली उत्पादों के स्रोत का पता लगाने के लिए जांच चल रही है।
