Allahabad HC Orders Lucknow DM to Clear College Encroachments Within 3 Months

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has directed the district magistrate to remove all unauthorised encroachments from the land of Ram Bharose Maiku Lal Inter College within three months. The court stressed that the personal relations of an alleged occupant with the state finance minister should not influence the DM's duties. Justice Pankaj Bhatia ordered the DM to ensure compliance and submit a report, warning that interference by the former principal and PRO would be viewed seriously.

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को राम भरोसे मैकू लाल इंटर कॉलेज की जमीन से सभी अनधिकृत अतिक्रमण तीन महीने के अंदर हटाने का निर्देश दिया है। कोर्ट ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि एक कथित कब्जाधारी के राज्य के वित्त मंत्री के साथ व्यक्तिगत संबंधों का डीएम के कर्तव्यों पर प्रभाव नहीं पड़ना चाहिए। जस्टिस पंकज भाटिया ने डीएम को अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने और रिपोर्ट जमा करने का आदेश दिया, और चेतावनी दी कि पूर्व प्रिंसिपल और पीआरओ द्वारा किसी भी हस्तक्षेप को गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा।
