Uttar Pradesh Police successfully rescued two young men from suicide attempts in Gonda and Moradabad, thanks to timely alerts from Meta. The individuals, aged 22 and 19, posted distressing videos on Instagram indicating suicidal intent. Automated alerts were received at the UP Police headquarters, enabling officials to trace their locations and dispatch teams. In Gonda, a team reached the youth within seven minutes, preventing him from consuming pesticide. Similarly, in Moradabad, police intervened within eight minutes as the other youth prepared to ingest the substance.
