MNS Leader Slams Traffic Chaos, Compares Shilphata Road To Strait Of Hormuz

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Raju Patil has compared the severe traffic congestion on the Kalyan-Shilphata road to the Strait of Hormuz. He issued a three-day ultimatum to the administration to address the chaos and repair potholes, warning of intensified agitation. Patil attributed the worsening situation to ongoing Metro and road construction, insufficient road capacity, and unchecked heavy vehicle movement. He criticized the approval of projects without adequate traffic management planning and questioned toll collection amid poor road conditions.

महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (एमएनएस) के नेता राजू पाटिल ने कल्याण-शिल्फाटा रोड पर गंभीर ट्रैफिक जाम की तुलना होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य से की है। उन्होंने प्रशासन को इस अराजकता को दूर करने और गड्ढों की मरम्मत के लिए तीन दिन की मोहलत दी है, नहीं तो आंदोलन तेज करने की चेतावनी दी है। पाटिल ने मेट्रो और सड़क निर्माण, सड़क की अपर्याप्त क्षमता और भारी वाहनों की अनियंत्रित आवाजाही को स्थिति बिगड़ने का कारण बताया। उन्होंने ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन योजना के बिना परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी देने की आलोचना की और खराब सड़क की स्थिति के बावजूद टोल वसूली पर सवाल उठाया।
