Third malaria death linked to Frankfurt Airport

A third person has died from malaria in Germany, with the death linked to Frankfurt Airport. Local authorities confirmed the death in the Schwanheim district, which borders the airport. This follows two new malaria cases registered this week in the same area. Neither of the newly infected individuals had traveled to a malaria-endemic region or worked at the airport. Health authorities stated the cases were attributed to an infected mosquito that arrived.

जर्मनी में मलेरिया से तीसरी मौत की पुष्टि हुई है, जिसका संबंध फ्रैंकफर्ट एयरपोर्ट से बताया जा रहा है। स्थानीय अधिकारियों ने एयरपोर्ट के पास श्वानहाइम इलाके में इस मौत की खबर दी। इसी हफ्ते इस इलाके में मलेरिया के दो नए मामले भी सामने आए थे। इन दोनों मरीजों ने न तो किसी मलेरिया प्रभावित देश की यात्रा की थी और न ही एयरपोर्ट पर काम करते थे।
