The Mediterranean-style estate, built on 22.5 acres, features a distinctive butterfly-shaped floor plan with two wings extending from a central entrance. The property boasts 9 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a private 24-seat cinema, a swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. Notably, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle resided in the mansion in 2020. Perry purchased the land in 2004 and completed construction in 2012.
