They were produced before a Special Executive Magistrate at Mandir Marg police station in New Delhi on Monday, October 19, 2026. The leaders were initially sent to five-day judicial custody on October 13 after protesting at Jantar Mantar, which is no longer a designated protest site. The CJP has alleged deliberate delays in bail proceedings to prevent their release.
