Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange, currently on a hunger strike, stated his tour to Mumbai might be cancelled due to health issues. He reported a severe burning sensation in his stomach and feet, exacerbated by long travel hours. Jarange is demanding OBC quota for the Maratha community with Kunbi caste genealogies. Mumbai police had denied permission for his protest at Azad Maidan.
