Audible has announced "Odysseus Rising," a new science-fiction adaptation of Homer's ancient poem "The Odyssey." Written by Adrian Tchaikovsky and narrated by Andy Serkis, the audio production promises an interstellar retelling with groundbreaking sound design. This project, in development since late 2024, aims to bring the epic journey of the Greek war hero to a new generation. The adaptation follows recent interest in the story, including Christopher Nolan's box office hit.
