DM Orders Recovery of Rs 6 Crore

Ghaziabad District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar has directed officials to recover Rs 6 crore in outstanding recovery challans against the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA). These challans were issued by UP-Rera and the consumer forum over the years. The DM's action follows a homebuyer's petition to the Allahabad High Court. Unless GDA obtains a court stay, the administration will proceed with recovery.

गाजियाबाद के डीएम रविंद्र कुमार मंदार ने अफसरों को आदेश दिया है कि वे गाजियाबाद डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (GDA) के बकाए 6 करोड़ रुपये के रिकवरी चालान वसूलें। ये चालान UP-Rera और कंज्यूमर फोरम ने सालों से जारी किए थे। डीएम का यह कदम एक होमबायर की इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में अर्जी के बाद आया है। अगर GDA कोर्ट से स्टे नहीं लेता, तो प्रशासन वसूली करेगा।
