He stated his family is cooperating with the murder investigation into Ketan Agarwal's death and emphasized his daughter deserves strict punishment if found guilty. The FDA cited food safety violations and suspected adulteration.

सिया गोयल के पिता प्रवीण गोयल ने FDA द्वारा उनकी मसालों की दुकान सील किए जाने के बाद उड़ रही बेबुनियाद बातों को खारिज कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उनका परिवार केतन अग्रवाल की हत्या की जांच में पूरा सहयोग कर रहा है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि अगर उनकी बेटी दोषी पाई जाती है तो उसे कड़ी सज़ा मिलनी चाहिए। FDA ने खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों के उल्लंघन और मिलावट के संदेह का हवाला दिया था।
