Doctors at Safdarjung Hospital have successfully performed a dual kidney transplant, implanting both kidneys from a single 62-year-old brain-dead donor into one patient. This groundbreaking surgery, the first of its kind at the hospital, utilized organs donated by the donor's family. The organs were transported to Delhi with the help of the Indian Air Force.
