DGR प्रमुख ने नागपुर जॉब फेयर में नियोक्ताओं से पूर्व सैनिकों द्वारा लाई गई वफादारी और अनुशासन को पहचानने का आग्रह किया। मेजर जनरल एसबीके सिंह ने दिग्गजों की अमूल्य प्रतिबद्धता और अखंडता पर प्रकाश डाला, जिसमें दो पूर्व सैनिकों द्वारा बहादुरी से चोरों का सामना करने की घटना का उल्लेख किया गया। मेले में 480 से अधिक पूर्व सैनिकों और 42 कंपनियों ने भाग लिया, जिन्होंने 1,300 से अधिक नौकरियों के अवसर प्रदान किए। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य सैन्य अनुभव और कॉर्पोरेट जरूरतों के बीच की खाई को पाटना है, जिससे दिग्गजों के करियर परिवर्तन में सहायता मिल सके।
