Delhi Court Grants Hindutva Influencer Bail

A Delhi court has granted three weeks of interim bail to Hindutva influencer Swatantra Bhardwaj. Bhardwaj was arrested on September 4 in connection with an alleged assault on a student activist's father during a protest at Jantar Mantar. He had previously been remanded to 14 days' judicial custody. The influencer had claimed in an interview to have assaulted the father and attributed his escape from arrest to political connections.

दिल्ली कोर्ट ने हिंदुत्व इन्फ्लुएंसर को जमानत दी

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने हिंदुत्व इन्फ्लुएंसर स्वातन्त्र भारद्वाज को तीन हफ़्ते की अंतरिम ज़मानत दे दी है। भारद्वाज को जंतर मंतर पर विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान एक छात्र कार्यकर्ता के पिता पर कथित हमले के मामले में 4 सितंबर को गिरफ़्तार किया गया था। इससे पहले उन्हें 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया था। इन्फ्लुएंसर ने एक इंटरव्यू में पिता पर हमला करने की बात कबूल की थी और कहा था कि राजनीतिक संबंधों के चलते वह गिरफ़्तारी से बच निकला।
