कर्नाटक विधानसभा के स्पीकर जी.एस. पाटिल ने धारवाड़ के यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ एग्रीकल्चरल साइंसेज में कृषि मेला-2026 का उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि देश की तरक्की के लिए महिला किसानों को सशक्त बनाना बहुत ज़रूरी है। पाटिल ने बताया कि महिलाओं में निवेश करने से पूरे देश का भला होता है। उन्होंने खेती में महिलाओं के योगदान की सराहना की और उनके काम को बेहतर मौके व पहचान देने की बात कही।
