The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has expanded its probe into alleged financial irregularities within the Mohali real estate sector. The agency questioned serving officials at the GMADA office and searched the Chandigarh residence of former Chief Administrator and IAS officer Rajiv Gupta. The ED is examining records related to land allotments, property auctions, and project approvals, focusing on potential financial concessions to private developers.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने मोहाली रियल एस्टेट में कथित वित्तीय गड़बड़ियों की जांच का दायरा बढ़ा दिया है। एजेंसी ने GMADA दफ्तर के अधिकारियों से पूछताछ की और पूर्व मुख्य प्रशासक व IAS अधिकारी राजीव गुप्ता के चंडीगढ़ स्थित आवास पर तलाशी ली। ED जमीन आवंटन, संपत्ति नीलामी और प्रोजेक्ट मंजूरी से जुड़े रिकॉर्ड खंगाल रही है, खासकर निजी डेवलपर्स को दिए गए वित्तीय लाभ पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जा रहा है।
