Delhi Traffic Curbs Ahead of CJP Protest; Central Park Closed

Traffic movement in and around Connaught Place, Delhi, will be affected from Friday afternoon due to a proposed 'Lehra Do Tiranga' protest by CJP activist Abhijeet Dipke. Delhi Traffic Police have advised commuters to plan journeys, allow extra time, and use public transport. Central Park in Connaught Place will remain closed to the public on October 16 and 17 for administrative reasons. A prohibitory order under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita is in force in the area.

CJP एक्टिविस्ट अभिजीत दीपके के प्रस्तावित 'लहरा दो तिरंगा' विरोध के कारण शुक्रवार दोपहर से दिल्ली के कनॉट प्लेस और उसके आसपास ट्रैफिक प्रभावित रहेगा। दिल्ली ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने यात्रियों को अपनी यात्रा की योजना बनाने, अतिरिक्त समय देने और सार्वजनिक परिवहन का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी है। प्रशासनिक कारणों से 16 और 17 अक्टूबर को कनॉट प्लेस में सेंट्रल पार्क आम जनता के लिए बंद रहेगा। इलाके में भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 163 के तहत निषेधाज्ञा लागू है।
