Arkade Developers Lists, Sees 500% GDV Growth

Arkade Developers has marked two years since its stock market listing, achieving a remarkable 500% growth in projected Gross Development Value (GDV) to Rs 18,000 crore. The company's project portfolio expanded from eight to 15, with saleable carpet area also surging over 500% to 57 lakh sq ft. Over this period, Arkade Developers completed five projects and delivered 708 homes. Pre-sales grew at an 18% CAGR, and total income rose 14% CAGR.
