Incorporated on October 13 with an initial share capital of ₹1 crore, GARL is set to engage in various property-related ventures. The parent company has subscribed to GARL's memorandum of association, with the subscription amount to be remitted soon. GMR Airports clarified that this transaction is not a related-party deal and involves no special interest from promoters or group companies.
