Police have arrested three men for the murder of a 45-year-old hardware trader, Vinod Gupta, in Uttar Pradesh's Tronica City. The prime suspect, Gupta's 27-year-old tenant, allegedly conspired with his brother and cousin. The tenant, facing significant financial losses from share market and betting, owed the deceased money for a plot purchase. He lured Gupta to an isolated spot under the pretext of repayment, leading to a fatal altercation where Gupta was stabbed multiple times. The prime suspect was apprehended after a shootout, sustaining a leg injury.

पुलिस ने उत्तर प्रदेश के ट्रॉनिका सिटी में 45 वर्षीय हार्डवेयर व्यापारी विनोद गुप्ता की हत्या के आरोप में तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। मुख्य संदिग्ध, गुप्ता का 27 वर्षीय किरायेदार, कथित तौर पर अपने भाई और चचेरे भाई के साथ मिलकर साजिश रची थी। शेयर बाजार और सट्टेबाजी से भारी वित्तीय नुकसान का सामना कर रहे किरायेदार पर प्लॉट खरीदने के लिए मृतक का पैसा बकाया था। उसने पैसे चुकाने के बहाने गुप्ता को एक सुनसान जगह पर बुलाया, जिससे एक घातक झड़प हुई जिसमें गुप्ता को कई बार चाकू मारा गया। गोलीबारी के बाद मुख्य संदिग्ध को पकड़ा गया, जिसके पैर में चोट आई थी।
