CM Announces 12-Point Plan For Land Issues

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has unveiled a 12-point action plan to address long-pending land issues. The government will soon launch a scheme to regularize surplus lands under the Urban Land Ceiling Act, covering both existing and new applications. Additionally, a new scheme for regularizing layouts will be announced within a week. A committee will be formed to review 1.22 lakh conveyance deed applications, and legal vetting will be conducted for houses on assignment lands.

मुख्यमंत्री ने भूमि मुद्दों के लिए 12 सूत्रीय योजना की घोषणा की

मुख्यमंत्री ए. रेवंत रेड्डी ने ज़मीन से जुड़े पुराने मसलों को सुलझाने के लिए 12 सूत्रीय योजना का ऐलान किया है। सरकार जल्द ही अर्बन लैंड सीलिंग एक्ट के तहत अतिरिक्त ज़मीनों को नियमित करने की स्कीम लाएगी, जिसमें पुराने और नए दोनों आवेदन शामिल होंगे। साथ ही, एक हफ्ते में लेआउट को नियमित करने के लिए नई स्कीम भी आएगी। 1.22 लाख कन्वेयंस डीड आवेदनों की समीक्षा के लिए एक कमेटी बनेगी और असाइनमेंट ज़मीनों पर बने घरों की कानूनी जांच होगी।
