दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने कहा है कि लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाले बालिग जोड़ों को अपना साथी चुनने और साथ रहने का पूरा अधिकार है। कोर्ट ने एक ऐसे जोड़े को पुलिस सुरक्षा देने का आदेश दिया है, जिन्हें परिवार वालों से खतरा था। कानूनी जानकारों का कहना है कि यह संविधान के आर्टिकल 19 और 21 के तहत उनका हक है, जिसे Supreme Court भी मानता है।
