Political instability in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region has compelled the PCB to relocate cricket matches. The President's Trophy Grade-1 tournament matches originally scheduled for Peshawar and Abbottabad have been moved due to the imposition of emergency and governor's rule. These matches will now be held in Sheikhupura and Lahore. The tournament features eight teams competing in a round-robin format, with the top two teams advancing to the final.
