Mumbai-based consumer appliance startup EDT has successfully raised $2.4 million (over ₹23 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by existing investor Sauce.vc, with participation from new investors including Alteria Capital and several angel investors. EDT plans to utilize these funds to expand its product portfolio, which includes air fryers and kettles, and to build inventory for the upcoming festive season.
