तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री ए. रेवंत रेड्डी ने घोषणा की कि राज्य जल्द ही अपनी नई एयरोस्पेस और डिफेंस पॉलिसी 2.0 पेश करेगा। इस पॉलिसी का लक्ष्य तेलंगाना को रक्षा उद्योग के लिए भारत का सबसे बड़ा औद्योगिक केंद्र बनाना है, जो एयरोस्पेस, स्पेस टेक्नोलॉजी, साइबर सुरक्षा, AI और ड्रोन टेक्नोलॉजी में निवेश को बढ़ावा देगा। रेड्डी ने राज्य के मौजूदा इकोसिस्टम, कुशल कार्यबल और अनुसंधान संस्थानों को प्रमुख शक्तियों के रूप में उजागर किया। उन्होंने घरेलू और वैश्विक कंपनियों से अपने निवेश बढ़ाने का आग्रह किया, उन्हें महत्वाकांक्षी लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने और भारत की रक्षा विनिर्माण क्षमताओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकारी समर्थन का आश्वासन दिया।
