The CFA Institute has announced the August 2026 Chartered Financial Analyst Level 3 examination results, with 6,522 out of 13,940 candidates passing, resulting in an overall pass rate of 47%. First-time candidates achieved a higher pass rate of 56%, significantly outperforming those who had deferred, who passed at a 31% rate. The ten-year average pass rate for this examination is 50%. Successful candidates can become charterholders after meeting work experience criteria and adhering to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics.
