Ernakulam Collector Launches Relove Campaign To Promote Reuse Culture

The Ernakulam district administration has launched the Relove campaign to encourage the reuse of discarded items and boost public involvement in sustainable waste management. District Collector G Priyanka is leading this initiative, which aims to facilitate the exchange of unwanted but useful items between individuals. The campaign, supported by government institutions and colleges, seeks to reduce consumption and waste generation, particularly among young people. Swap shops managed by Kudumbashree District Mission will be established to allow item deposits and exchanges.
