This malfunction is forcing patients, many from humble backgrounds, to seek costly diagnostic services at private centres. The hospital's executive director has assured personal attention to resolve the issue. Patients and attendants expressed concern over the lack of essential diagnostic facilities at the premier hospital, noting that private centres charge prohibitively high fees, making it difficult for the poor and middle-class to afford necessary tests.
