NYC Mayor Cannot Arrest Netanyahu, Seeks US Help

New York City Mayor Eric Adams has stated that the city does not possess the legal authority to enforce the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Adams indicated that the responsibility for enforcing such warrants lies with the United States government.
