Panel To Inspect Kejriwal's Former House Amid Row

A Delhi Assembly Public Accounts Committee will inspect Arvind Kejriwal's former residence at 6, Flag Staff Road, New Delhi, on Monday. Headed by BJP MLA Ajay Mahawar, the panel will examine renovation work and public expenditure. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India flagged a cost increase from an estimated Rs 7.91 crore to Rs 33.66 crore, with Rs 18.88 crore spent on superior specifications.

दिल्ली विधानसभा की लोक लेखा समिति सोमवार को अरविंद केजरीवाल के पुराने घर, 6, फ्लैग स्टाफ रोड, नई दिल्ली का निरीक्षण करेगी। बीजेपी विधायक अजय महावर की अगुवाई वाली यह समिति नवीनीकरण के काम और सरकारी खर्च की जांच करेगी। CAG ने अनुमानित 7.91 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 33.66 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वृद्धि को उजागर किया था, जिसमें 18.88 करोड़ रुपये बेहतर सुविधाओं पर खर्च हुए।
