In its opening week, the reserve welcomed approximately 1,000 tourists across its various ranges. Visitors have reported sightings of deer, spotted deer, wild boars, and peacocks, along with scenic waterfalls and rivers in areas like Mangurah and Govardhan. VTR boasts remarkable biodiversity, including rare species like vultures, Himalayan serow, clouded leopards, and king cobras, making it a vital conservation area.
