Goa Nightclub Fire Accused Surrender After SC Order

Three main accused in the Goa nightclub fire, Saurabh Luthra, Gaurav Luthra, and Ajay Gupta, surrendered before a Mapusa court on Monday. This follows the Supreme Court's rejection of their pleas challenging the cancellation of their bail. The fatal fire at Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub on December 6, 2025, claimed 25 lives. The apex court had directed them to surrender within two weeks, and the trial court is to expedite proceedings.

गोवा के एक नाइटक्लब में आग लगने के मामले में तीन मुख्य आरोपी, सौरभ लूथरा, गौरव लूथरा और अजय गुप्ता, सोमवार को मापुसा कोर्ट में सरेंडर कर दिए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा उनकी जमानत रद्द करने की याचिका खारिज करने के बाद यह हुआ। 6 दिसंबर 2025 को 'बर्च बाय रोमियो लेन' नाइटक्लब में लगी आग में 25 लोगों की जान गई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उन्हें दो हफ़्ते में सरेंडर करने का आदेश दिया था।
