Pixxel Founder Assures Indian Ownership Amid US Foray Backlash

Pixxel CEO Awais Ahmed has strongly refuted claims questioning the Indian ownership and control of his Bengaluru-based spacetech startup. He clarified that Pixxel remains headquartered, owned, managed, and controlled in India, with its primary Indian entity incorporated in 2018. Ahmed stated that the Indian entity is not a subsidiary of any US company and will continue to execute Indian government programs. He also addressed shareholding, noting that Indian investors collectively hold the largest stake, and intellectual property for Indian projects remains under Indian control.
