Telangana Forms Committee To Resolve Land Controversy

The Telangana Government has established a high-level official committee to address the ongoing controversy surrounding lands listed under Section 22A of the Registration Act. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced the committee's formation, tasked with studying the issue and proposing solutions to protect genuine landowners. The committee, including the Law Secretary and CCLA, has a 30-day deadline for its recommendations.

तेलंगाना सरकार ने रजिस्ट्रेशन एक्ट की धारा 22A के तहत आने वाली ज़मीनों पर चल रहे विवाद को सुलझाने के लिए एक हाई-लेवल कमेटी बनाई है। मुख्यमंत्री ए. रेवंत रेड्डी ने बताया कि यह कमेटी मामले की जांच करेगी और असली ज़मीन मालिकों को बचाने के लिए सुझाव देगी। लॉ सेक्रेटरी और CCLA समेत इस कमेटी को 30 दिनों में अपनी रिपोर्ट देनी होगी।
