ICC Fines India Cricketer Kranti Gaud For Misconduct

India women's team seamer Kranti Gaud has been fined 10 per cent of her match fee and received one demerit point by the ICC. This punishment is for breaching Level 1 of the Code of Conduct during the T20 Asia Cup final against Sri Lanka. Gaud used language or gestures that could provoke an aggressive reaction after dismissing a batter. She admitted the offence and accepted the sanction proposed by the match referee.

भारतीय महिला टीम की सीमर क्रांति गौड़ पर ICC ने मैच फीस का 10% जुर्माना लगाया है और एक डीमेरिट पॉइंट भी दिया है। यह सज़ा T20 एशिया कप फाइनल में श्रीलंका के खिलाफ आचार संहिता के लेवल 1 का उल्लंघन करने पर मिली है। एक बल्लेबाज को आउट करने के बाद क्रांति ने ऐसी भाषा या हाव-भाव का इस्तेमाल किया जिससे आक्रामक प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती थी। उन्होंने अपनी गलती मान ली है और मैच रेफरी द्वारा प्रस्तावित सजा स्वीकार कर ली है।
