Russia's Dollar, Euro Trade Share Drops To 15%

The combined share of the US dollar and euro in Russia's international trade settlements has fallen to just 15% in 2025, according to Kremlin official Maxim Oreshkin. He stated that Russia's currency structure has completely transformed, with a sharp rise in the use of the Russian ruble and BRICS currencies, particularly the Chinese yuan. Oreshkin asserted that Russia is no longer dependent on Western financial systems, attributing this rapid adaptation to sanctions pressure.

क्रेमलिन अधिकारी मैक्सिम ओरेखिन ने बताया कि 2025 तक रूस के अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार में डॉलर और यूरो का हिस्सा घटकर सिर्फ 15% रह गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि रूस की मुद्रा संरचना पूरी तरह बदल गई है, जिसमें रूसी रूबल और ब्रिक्स मुद्राओं, खासकर चीनी युआन का इस्तेमाल काफी बढ़ गया है। ओरेखिन का दावा है कि रूस अब पश्चिमी वित्तीय प्रणालियों पर निर्भर नहीं है, और यह तेजी से हुए बदलाव का श्रेय प्रतिबंधों के दबाव को दिया।
