West Bengal Police have apprehended a woman in Delhi for allegedly impersonating a senior Prime Minister's Office official to gain access to the state secretariat. The accused, identified as Dr. Akansha Vidyarthi, reportedly used false claims and sent an email to secure a meeting with a Bengal minister. During the interaction, she took photographs, raising the minister's suspicions. Following verification that her claims were untrue, the minister's office filed a complaint.

पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने दिल्ली में एक महिला को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोप है कि वह प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (PMO) की वरिष्ठ अधिकारी बनकर राज्य सचिवालय में घुसने की कोशिश कर रही थी। पकड़ी गई महिला की पहचान डॉ. आकांक्षा विद्यार्थी के तौर पर हुई है। उसने झूठे दावे करके और एक ईमेल भेजकर बंगाल के एक मंत्री से मिलने का समय मांगा था। मुलाकात के दौरान उसने तस्वीरें भी लीं, जिससे मंत्री को शक हुआ। जांच में जब उसके दावे झूठे पाए गए, तो मंत्री के दफ्तर ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई।
