Bihar Board Opens 9 New Centers For Student Grievances Across State

Students and guardians in Bihar will no longer need to travel to BSEB related work. The board has established inquiry and grievance redressal centers in its regional offices across nine cities in the state. These centers will handle complaints regarding various examinations like Matric, Intermediate, STET, and D.El.Ed. Additionally, issues concerning school affiliation, grants, scholarships, and pensions can also be addressed. The initiative aims to provide a simpler, transparent, and timely resolution for students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

बिहार बोर्ड ने पूरे राज्य में छात्रों की शिकायतों के लिए खोले 9 नए केंद्र

बिहार में छात्रों और अभिभावकों को अब BSEB से जुड़े काम के लिए यात्रा नहीं करनी पड़ेगी। बोर्ड ने राज्य के नौ शहरों में अपने क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में पूछताछ और शिकायत निवारण केंद्र स्थापित किए हैं। ये केंद्र मैट्रिक, इंटरमीडिएट, STET और D.El.Ed जैसी विभिन्न परीक्षाओं से संबंधित शिकायतों को संभालेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, स्कूल संबद्धता, अनुदान, छात्रवृत्ति और पेंशन से संबंधित मुद्दों का भी समाधान किया जा सकता है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य छात्रों, शिक्षकों और अन्य हितधारकों के लिए एक सरल, पारदर्शी और समय पर समाधान प्रदान करना है।
