NCP Merger Talks Face Internal Opposition

The BJP is reportedly keen on a merger between the NCP factions, but key leaders Sunetra Pawar and her son Parth Pawar are not in favour. This internal dissent could complicate the BJP's efforts to consolidate its position within the NDA. The NCP is currently part of the ruling NDA, while the NCP (SP) is aligned with the INDIA bloc, making a merger politically significant.

बीजेपी चाहती है कि एनसीपी के दोनों गुटों का विलय हो जाए। लेकिन, पवार परिवार के सदस्य सुनेत्रा पवार और उनके बेटे पार्थ पवार इस विलय के पक्ष में नहीं हैं। इस अंदरूनी विरोध से बीजेपी के लिए एनडीए में अपनी स्थिति मजबूत करना मुश्किल हो सकता है। फिलहाल एनसीपी एनडीए का हिस्सा है, जबकि एनसीपी (एसपी) इंडिया ब्लॉक के साथ है, इसलिए यह विलय राजनीतिक रूप से बहुत अहम है।
