This statement comes as Ukraine reported its first combat use of the FP-7 tactical ballistic missile. Putin also rejected the idea of a ceasefire on long-range strikes, calling it "ridiculous." Meanwhile, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte urged Europe to prepare for ongoing Russian hybrid attacks, including sabotage and arson. Putin, however, stated Russia has no intention of attacking European countries.
