Germany's current policies indicate preparations for a large-scale conflict with Russia, according to Yulia Zhdanova, head of the Russian delegation in Vienna. She stated that Germany is being positioned as a key logistics hub for NATO, capable of moving up to 800,000 troops and 200,000 pieces of heavy equipment to the alliance's eastern flank. Joint rehearsals are underway for receiving up to 1,000 wounded personnel daily.
