The Jharkhand High Court has overturned the state government's decision to cancel the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (JSSC-CGL) examinations. This ruling secures the jobs of over 2,000 candidates who had been declared successful in the exams. The court found the cancellation unfair and unjust, though it allows a CID investigation to continue. The government had cancelled the exams on August 18 following allegations of paper leaks and irregularities, affecting candidates from 23 competitive examinations. Successful candidates had challenged their termination without show-cause notices.

झारखंड हाई कोर्ट ने झारखंड स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन कंबाइंड ग्रेजुएट लेवल (JSSC-CGL) परीक्षाओं को रद्द करने के राज्य सरकार के फैसले को पलट दिया है। इस फैसले से परीक्षा में सफल हुए 2,000 से अधिक उम्मीदवारों की नौकरी सुरक्षित हो गई है। कोर्ट ने रद्द करने को अनुचित और अन्यायपूर्ण पाया, हालांकि CID जांच जारी रखने की अनुमति दी है। सरकार ने पेपर लीक और अनियमितताओं के आरोपों के बाद 18 अगस्त को 23 प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के उम्मीदवारों को प्रभावित करते हुए परीक्षा रद्द कर दी थी। सफल उम्मीदवारों ने बिना कारण बताओ नोटिस के अपनी बर्खास्तगी को चुनौती दी थी।
