केरल हाई कोर्ट ने पूर्व डीजीपी तोमिन जे थाचंकरी की जमानत याचिका गुरुवार तक टाल दी है। वे आय से अधिक संपत्ति के मामले में अपनी सजा और चार साल की जेल को निलंबित करवाना चाहते हैं। कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को याचिका का विरोध करते हुए लिखित जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए एक दिन का समय दिया है। यह मामला 2003 से 2007 के बीच संपत्ति जमा करने के आरोपों से जुड़ा है।
